Say hello to
the iris collection
Fifteen summer yoga class themes, built out from the first hello to the last word. The intention, the words for movement and stillness, savasana, suggested reading, all done for you and ready to teach this week. Yours to keep, adapt, and make your own.
Let’s be real for a second
SOUND FAMILIAR?
Most of us are fitting our love of teaching into very full lives. You already know an intentional theme makes a class land deeper. You've probably experienced it in the student who finds you afterward and says "that one stayed with me." But building a theme that fits your personality and your flow takes time. Time you'd rather spend with your family, on your own goals, on the hundred other things you're carrying. So the theme is usually the first thing to fall off the list and we either skip it altogether or we go with the breath again.
THAT'S EXACTLY WHY I MADE THE IRIS COLLECTION
Fifteen summer themes, grown all the way to bloom, so theming stops competing with the rest of your life. You walk into class with the whole thing already in your hands, ready to teach Saturday morning.
just think about how much time this will save you
Introducing
the iris collection
Fifteen themes across five families:
Light & Sky, Water & Earth, The Heart, Yoga Philosophy, and Stillness.
Written to welcome every body in the room.
Let’s take a look at what’s inside
↓
Every theme hands you:
The heart of it, so you know the why before you teach it
Words to open with
Language for movement and for stillness
Something to settle into Savasana
A callback to close the circle
A final line to send people home with
Gentle guidance to make it your own
fully customizable
Read them word for word, or let them spark your own ideas. Bend them, blend them, make them sound like you. This isn't about handing your students a lesson. It's about weaving in something they carry off the mat and into their week.

I built The Iris Collection for the teacher I used to be, the one piecing themes together late at night, wanting her classes to mean something without giving up her one free evening to make it happen.
Ok, so how can i get my summer themes done for me?
